What is Purple Zeus?
Purple Zeus is a website devoted to the teaching and collaboration of high school computing and technology. It is the primary learning tool used in the classroom at Newcastle High School.
The site makes heavy use of online learning activities through applications such as Google Docs, and is accessible on a range of devices to support the Bring-Your-Own-Device program.
Throughout the site, readers will find access to explicit learning materials for the computing subjects applicable to NSW, Australia.

Course for year nine and ten students who wish to improve their skills in a range of computer based topics.

Newcastle High School is located approximately two hours of Sydney. It is a comprehensive high school with an enrolment close to 1000 students.
Purple Zeus was first constructed years ago as part of Yass High School's computing initiatives. Nick Biddle now coordinates the computing faculty in Newcastle.
